Toothache in a 5 year old?

Dd has been complaining several times today of tooth ache in one of her top front teeth. She's never mentioned anything like this before. She had calpol this morning and nurofen this evening. Is it worth a trip to the dentist or is it likely to be the start of a wobbly tooth? Can that even hurt? Hmm
