After having a third degree tear I had to go for a perineal check up in 7 weeks to see if everything had healed up properly. When the physiotherapist was checking my pelvic floor (by inserting her finger) she asked me to suck on my thumb at the same time. Does this seem strange or is there a reason behind this? 😂😂 made me feel completely stupid!!
