Which is the best Evening Primrose Oil?

I just want a good supplement and know that Solgar are a good make but can anyone recommend others perhaps a bit cheaper? Or a good Starflower Oil? Thanks

I don't know about the best sorry, but mine are by Quest, and seem to be ok ...

oh, just a random health food store at the local shopping complex .. they were on sale you see: 180 for the price of 90 or something similar.

If I were you, I would wander into Holland and Barrett and quizz the staff in there for some info, they should know a thing or two.
