I have PCOS so my periods are very irregular, but when I get them they're usually very heavy.
I had a period in January and one in May. Just over a week ago I thought I was about to start another period, and I've had spotting for a week, but not really a proper bleed at all - only really there on wiping, didn't need a pad on. I've had period pains the whole time just not the bleeding!
I don't know if this is normal for PCOS, just that I've not built up much of a lining or if it would be more classed as bleeding between cycles and something I should mention when I'm next at the GP.
Anyone else with PCOS get random spotting?
