Went somewhere a 4 hour flight away so not that long of a flight, felt mildly heatstrokey while out there for a few days but nothing severe. No vomiting or anything. I've been back for a week and I just feel completely sapped and don't feel well at all, I can't even bring myself to make a cup of tea half the time. It's not an identifiable illness like a cold etc either. I do feel really low mentally and drained physically.
I shouldn't be deficient in anything because I take iron + other minerals liquid supplement, vitamin D and B12 (following blood tests).
Any ideas? Could it just be travel exhaustion even a week later?
