Lump in armpit

Should I be concerned about a rather large and very sore lump in my armpit?

Go to gp as soon as poss. Could b a cyst but get it checked x

I've had a small lump under my armpit before and got it checked and thankfully it was harmless but I would always recommend anybody to have any unusual lump on their body checked. Better safe than sorry.

I hope someone comes along with maybe better advise soon x
