Why can I hear my nose crackling

I keep getting a kind of pressure headache and if I open my mouth I can hear my nose crackling. In fact anyone near me can hear it crackling too. Is this sinusitis?

Yes I have had sinusitis all week and my nose has been creaking more than crackling lol.I use nasonex spray when it's especially painful.
