Lump

Hello everyone. I’m a 21 year old female, I have recently found a very small lump under my armpit, nearer to my back, it’s slightly smaller than a pea, its hard, immobile and painless. I’ve had a lot of swollen lymph nodes under my armpits in the past 5 months but they are always oval shaped, quite big and visable, some painful some not and they go on their own so I know what they are and what to look out for if I have one of those as I’m used to them, but this one is different, it’s really round and small so I know it’s not a lymph node. I will book a drs appointment, but wanted some opinions and advise. Thanks

I have one similar sounding that has been there for getting on for 20 years.

It used to get bigger premenstrually and a bit tender then go down. I saw my GP she said not to worry about it and she didn't think it was anything to worry about.

Since the menopause it is still there but doesn't change at all now. It has never got any bigger than when I first found it.

Thank you! Just worries as they say if it's painless and not movable it's more likely to be something more serious!
