Blood tests have come back low haemoglobin etc. So I started taking iron last week, bought from tescos, then realised it was a shit low dose and bought another brand which is much higher from amazon. Have had 2 days worth and feel perkier. Can it help that fast?? Or is it all in my head Confused

I find they help super fast, I am prone to low iron and if I go a long time forgetting to take my vitamins (just normal over the counter ones) I do notice it but once I start taking them again it takes a couple of days or even less.
Could be in my head but either way, it's a good thing!

In my experience, they absolutely can work that fast! Do keep taking them though, as you may also have low ferritin, which takes longer to address.
