A few days ago this sore appeared in my pubic area.. it's itchy and weeps clear liquid.

Any idea what it could be?

Is there an I growing hair in it?

I can't see any ingrown hairs? I get them sometimes but they are just like spots usually. This just doesn't seem to be getting better.

If there is a hidden ingrown hair have you got any tips to sort it out?

I have marked on the pic... this looks like a dark line of hair? 😀

I usually get a sharp pair of tweezers and dig around inside and a massive hair normally pops out 😬 obviously probs not the best way to get about it but not sure how else!

It starts to dry up and then my knickers rub on it and it opens up again.

That looks exactly like the ingrown hair holes on OH face. You can’t see a hair but I stick a needle in and one always pops out. Normally well over an inch long. It doesn’t heal because the hair is there keeping the wound open. It goes all gooey and the hair is normally very deep.

Sterilised needle!!

Yeah I have them, sterilise a pin and have a dig around if you can. It won't go until the hair is out 😀
