Woke up with these, any idea what they could be from?
I have a cat but he's heavily flea treated and was done two weeks ago with vet supplied stuff!

Looks like fleas to me,there's loads this year! I think the spot on stuff just stops the fleas breeding and multiplying so the cat can still have them and them bite you.

I've just had to use Indorex all over the house,I was shocked at how many dead fleas are crawling out of the cracks in the house. Grim.

They're a hard lump but don't hurt or itch. Going to be frantically hoovering later!

Make sure you spray some Indorex in the hoover bag too.
