any amazing new diets any one can recommend?/

not exactly an amazing new diet, but I've been using www.weightlossresources.com It works on a calorie counting basis, but I find it so much easier to keep track with it. You put in all your details and it gives you a cal allowance. You then fill out what you eat and exercise each day and it keeps count and helps you lose weight and eat a balanced diet. There are also tons of recipes on there, or you can put in your own recipes and it caculates the nutritional values for you. I'm finding it ace, and so far have lost 6.5lbs in a week, and I've not really struggled too badly - I've had calories left over each day so not got too hungry.

You get a 3 day trial and then have to sign up if you want to keep using it, but I think it's def worth it.

so its abit like weightwatchers then....have you ever done weightwatchers?

I suppose it is, but I think it is more exercise focused than weightwatchers. And I find it really easy to use. I haven't tried weightwatchers, no.

i lost 1 and a half stone 2 years ago which i have kept off by using the GI eating plan. Bought the book for £1.97 in tesco and used ediets online to way in to keep myself focussed (for 10 weeks) it got me to my goal BMI within 3 months and it was really really easy to do. Whole family now east more healthily (not obsessively so) and I could afford the £2.99 a week by the cutting back I did on snacking at work. Always took in my lunch and allowed myself one 'treat' lunch a week (though actually didn't always need it).
Would recommend it absolutely. good luck
