I've had a copper coil since March. My period is due in about 8 days. I've experienced mid cycle spotting with the coil a bit, but it's mostly been in the EWCM which I've been told by GP is ovulation but for some reason today, about 4 or 5 days since I ovulated, I've got brownish spotting, quite a noticeable amount but not enough to qualify as a period. I know anything goes basically during the first year of the coil but I didn't have this the last couple of months. Also got some cramping in lower back. Bit freaked out! Have had a few issues with eh coil but generally am happy most of the time with it, then something like this comes along and freaks me out! Is this ok?
