Does this need a doctor?

18yo ds has just shown me his sore throat, and he has a massive bubo on his left tonsil. He's not badly poorly in himself, nothing that ibuprofen doesn't help with, but then he is the 'It's just a flesh-wound" type.

Is this a sort-it-at-home, or out-of-hours-now situation?

Doctors on Monday if he's not unwell.

While I'm normally of the 'take some ibuprofen and we'll see how you feel' school, he's literally in the middle of sitting his A-levels and I don't want to make the wrong call!
