Not making it to the loo quick enough

I had a baby just under a year ago. Over the past couple of weeks I have noticed, I will suddenly feel I need to pee and before I make it to the loo I begin to trickle pee. I have done pelvic floor expertises throughout my pregnancy and as much as I can after.
Am I incontinant? What can I do? I’m 23 and can’t believe that I am almost wetting myself every time I go to the toilet.

Time for a GP visit. There's stuff they can do. It could be a UTI, for example.
