Painful / restless legs

I have always had restless and overactive legs of a night which haven't been too bad or bad at all for the last few years. However they are sometimes painful. I feel like it's more when I am really tired or stressed (highly strung) about something and my mind is in over drive.

Normal?

Try magnesium supplements. They work really well. Take before bed

I know the feeling. I experience this a lot, it was worse while I was pregnant. Having a hot shower/bath helped me, just to have the hot water on my legs did the trick, or have a walk around.. sometimes id have to take 2 painkillers because it was so painful. Most people call restless leg syndrome, it's nothing to worry about, can happen cause of stress or too much caffeine too.

Thank you. I've had this for years but really irritable. Occasionally they are painful. I'm certain it's stress related. Will go for a run and get some magnesium today :)
