Any doctors clarify something for me?

Hi guys .

I have had symptoms of a bladder infection for a few days , I went to the doctors and they said my urine test shows no sign of infection , but will send off results for further info.

12 hours later I feel like my lower abdomen area is on fire and it burns when I pee ( I don't feel the urge to go all the time though) so I went back this morning and they did another urine test and it's come back
With the same results. He gave me antiobitoics etc but he's unsure.

I saw my results and it said blo ( I'm assuming means blood?) was 25 ery/ul . Is this normal? Cause I googled and it said 3 ery/ul was normal ! Surely the doctor would have picked up on this if it was high?

It does mean blood found in your urine. You need to call the gp.

He gave me ciprofloxacin antiobitoics I'm hoping that clears it but it's very strange that he didn't pick up on this and dismissed it as not being a Uti . So I had a night of no antibiotics and now everything is worse !

Blood in urine is usually a sign of inflammation, this can accompany an infection but does not always been there is an infection. It is possible to have inflammation (and blood) without an infection. It is usually the leukocytes, nitrates and a good history which give a diagnosis of urinary tract infection.
Has a sample been sent to the laboratory to see if any bacteria grow?

The two that generally point to infection are leukocytes and nitrates. Those appear to be under your mouse...
