I seem to have lot of them and am getting more on my abdomen all the time. I think they are hereditary because my dad and uncles have them. Does anyone else have this problem? They are ok really, just a bit itchy.

I had one my face and the doctor froze it off, I went as I was worried about skin cancer. My friend had a load on her chest too, which were frozen. There are some doctors at my practice who do skin stuff as a specialism.

I am waiting for an appointment for a dermatologist. I think what concerns me is I have so many that I can't possibly freeze them all off 😞

I very rarely get sun, especially not on my abdomen, but I am a bit worried about cancer.

I have quite a few of these, they come and go

I went to the GP yesterday about a "dodgy mole" that has appeared and she decided it was one of these. I'm having it frozen off next week. I'd never heard of them before.

I'm not aware that there's a link with cancer I also just got it checked out as a dodgy mole!

Oh yes, one of the joys of ageing! (I'm 72). My mother had them too, so do seem to be hereditary. Mine are mostly on back, under boobs, shoulders and a few facial ones too (nice!) I did once enquire with my GP about removal, but no longer done in the surgery these days, so I've not bothered about them. I have heard they can grow back, but not sure how true that is.

I am only 38, so it's annoying:(
