Painful/hardish area of breast....

Started yesterday. Also had a fever yesterday, don't know if there's any connection. I am bf, have tried bf lots from the affected breast, at a variety of angles, but it still hurts. Any ideas?

Try massaging the area under warm water in the shower and then pumping a little. I had this problem a few times and did this and it worked. It is doesn't help you should get it checked though.
