Dental implants!

Hi! I desperately need to do two dental implants and can't afford my actual dentist price. After doing a visit to a good clinic in Budapest I realised there are too many cons in choosing a dentist abroad and decided to look for a good dentist in London whit a good reputation, honest and at an affordable price, possibly with a monthly repayment plan. But....do they exist? I am finding the research quite daunting..it seems like there's a lot of unhappiness out there and I am terrified of choosing the wrong clinic. I have heard of Marylebone Implant Centre near Harley Street: are they any good? I need to find a dentist to trust that does affordable implants. I am fine with travelling out of London as long as it's worth it.
Any recommendation?

I know if you volunteer yourself at the universities where they teach dentistry, you get treatment for free. Not sure if this is the same when they teach implants.

I'm sorry I don't. Maybe google to see what universities do dentistry and go from there. I know one is in Sheffield and my dentist studied in Cardiff.

I don't know of any dental school that will do implants for free unless it's trauma or cancer related. Unless you've lost teeth because of either of those I doubt they will do implants.

Implants are expensive for a reason really, there is variation in price but I would be concerned about anything too cheap.

That's what I thought, but I still wanted to give it a go and ask...
I guess that my research now will be on finding the good honest rare dentist!
