"Undercarriage" aches like been riding a bad bicycle - early pg. - is it a symptom or m/c thing?

Don't know if that is specific enough?! Friend is on the last day of her cycle (day 29?) and has tested definitely pg., but is worried about this "ache".
I'm assuming relaxing hormones etc., but anyone actually experienced this feeling? What was the outcome?
Cheers
J

I had all kinds of wierd aches and pains right from the start. For the first 2 weeks I felt like I would start my period at any minute, you know that feeling that has you reaching for the tampax before you even go to the loo.
I also had loose ligament pain in my groin (known as SPD - you can google it) but that was much later.
Your friends undercarriage will change alot in the next 9 month (especially at the end )
I am sure everything will be fine for her but if she is worried at all tell her to go and see the GP who will put her mind at rest.
HTH

Thanks so much, yes I do know what youo mean, and that was pretty much what we thought - but she is very nervous as the first went without a hitch and this one has been longer coming!!
I'll give her a call
Thanks again,

I vaguely remember feeling like I'd been kicked in the carriage as well (I get this just before coming on) but I was fine and pregnancy was grand. HTH!

Ah, lovely lovely, thank you all so much!! At lesat you said Pibic, not Public - PinkChick
I knew there was no point in my saying I'd had this too as I have a very dodgy pg. history, so I wanted a selection of others that she could be reassured by!
