Hi everyone I'm new here and have recently being diagnosed with a mild prolapse. I went to a physio and have been doing my kegals and using a electric kegal machine the last 2 weeks. I was feeling much better but have had period the last few days, and now feel like it's bad again and that I'm back to square one. Does anyone please have any advice?

Download the squeezy NHS app... keep up with the kegels and insist on seeing a urogynae type person who could arrange some PT.
You may find that you are more symptomatic at certain types of your cycle - that’s normal.
I would do a bit of googling (but not too much so you panic!). It’s just best to be well informed about your exact symptoms, what options there are if there is no improvement and what you would consider (ie pessary or surgery etc).
Hope this helps,
MLLBS

Thank you very much for your reply, I'm definitely doing way too much googling. The physio said it is mild and will improve with exercise, it must be just the time of the month. I need to calm down Confused
