I'm currently on hold to NHS 111. Must be very busy tonight so while I wait I thought I'd ask on here.
I had a UTI a week ago and was given a 3 day course of antibiotics. After that finished I still had pain in my lower abdomen so I went back to the doctors who tested my urine which was clear however he gave another course of antibiotics for 5 days which I'll finish on Sunday.

Today I have woken up with a strong dull ache all down the left side of my body. Again went back to the doctors as I've never had this before and was worried. No back pain, it started from my neck going down my shoulder, missed my torso and then carried on all down my leg. The upper part seems to be ok now but the pain in my lower abdomen and my left leg is horrendous. At the doctors today she didn't a nerve test which was fine so we ruled that out. It's not muscle pain either as it's a completely different pain to that.

Only way I can describe it is severe period like pains in my groin, going all down my left leg. Has anyone experienced this and have any idea what this could be?

Shingles? I think you usually get pain before the rash but it's difficult to tell from your description.
