Whats wrong with my feet?

Ive had this for a few months now and asked several doctors but they always just shrug their shoulders and send me on my way. I have antiphospholipid syndrome so not sure if its connected to that. The haematologist doesnt seem to this so but im not too sure. Im on a load of different meds but pretty sure it started before the majority of them.
Does anyone have an idea on what it could be and if its serious? Its in both feet and only happens when im standing up and standing still and they also tingle a bit at the same time.
They look swollen but they're not i just have fat feet.

My feet sometimes go like that. I assumed it was just poor circulation.
I get pins an needles sometimes in 2 of my middle toes which feels really weird.

Raynauds? Try google it looks similar to that

I get something similar on my legs when I've been standing still for too long, first noticed it as a teen.
More recently have been diagnosed with Raynaud's, and assume there's some connection with poor circulation.

Oddly enough I was trying to describe the spotty legs thing to the DCs only the other day. Google suggests the name Bier Spots, which, as long as there's nothing else underlying, are completely harmless.

I did think maybe raynauds but my hands and feet are never cold just normal room temp.

Also i take propranolol which isnt recommended for people with raynauds as is makes the feet and hands even colder and purpler which it hasn't done so with me. This started before the propranlol.
