Fed up being sick 🤢

This is maybe outing to friends but I’m past a point of caring

My immune system is broken, completely and I am fed up of been ill and sick.

I have constant back pain. Take Co-Codamol (15/500) and Ibuprofen 600mg all the time. I get chest infection all the time I can normally tell a few days into it and 2 weeks before my doctor will do anything (can always get an appointment same day) I also only have one lung.

So now we come to the cold I have come down with just another issue I have to battle with quite honestly I could just give up. I’m currently covered in White Tiger Balm to help get rid of it

(I know a cold is not the end of everything but a cold to me is x50 worse than “normal” people)

I said at the start of the year I would like a month off hospital,doctors,dentists and so far I have not managed two weeks never mind four. At the moment it looks like maybe September :(

Have you had your bloods taken and checked? You need to get your CRP levels checked for infection. You don't sound right at all. How's your mental health doing as this must be taking its toll on you in more ways than one.

Yes bloods have been done lots of times and only found raised markers but can’t work out what’s causing them.

My mental Health is surprisingly good. I do suffer from anixity I do suffer from other parts but It’s not something I feel I can talk about to people face to face but online it’s fine I can share and share too much at times.
