Ouchy - stress fracture.

So I've got a fractured metatarsal. Has anyone got any tips to make the next few weeks as bearable as possible? I don't currently have a boot as was recommended to manage it conservatively if possible.

My son has boot on right now for this, he didn't have a boot for two weeks as he was on holiday and I thought it was a sprain of some sort ... being in some serious mum guilt 🙈.. this made the injury worse and now he has a boot!
Been on for 6 weeks and still it's not healing 😡😡😡 so if I was u, unless ur guna do some serious resting up I suggest u just go do the boot thing 🤣 it's not so bad at least it doesn't require crutches. Hope u feel better
