Measle rash

My LG has her 1 year jabs 10 days ago and has today come out in a rash which I was warned could happen so I'm not too worried. She is very grumpy and generally unhappy and is due to go to nursery tomorrow (I'm hoping she'll be better by tomorrow) but if not is it better for me to keep her off nursery? Also if this has happened to anyone else's LOs can you tell me how long it lasted for them? It's not come at a good time because I'm not well either and on top of that have injured my back! Praying today will be the worst of it, other peoples experiences welcome ☺️

Your LG may have measles and be infectious?

You are not contagious following MMR, even if you do have side effects following a jab.

It really depends on your DD is in the morning. A grumpy child with a rash may well,be better at home. But jab side effects can settle very quickly. See how she is tomorrow

My dd came out with a rash that looked like measles. At least the gp reckoned so. With the benefit of hindsight (and a swab that confirmed it was not actually measles), I reckon the rash was the first proper sign of dd's serious nut allergy.
