Sorry TMI...yellow, watery stools

Hello,
Very sorry for the TMI but I wondered if anyone knew why my stools are this colour. On Friday, I ate a ready meal that didn’t agree with me, despite having eaten it countless times before, this must have been a bad batch. I was promptly sick half an hour later, then about 7 times in the night and also had diarrhoea. The sickness and feelings of nausea have gone, but I am still left with liquid yellow stools which are very watery. Why are they yellow? I never have diarrhoea, but every time I go to the loo, I pass this watery poo. But I have had no stomach cramps since Friday night.

It's normal for diarrhoea to be yellow. Just means you wan infection. Lots of hand washing, boil wash towels, bedding etc. You're still infectious for 48 hours after the last episode of diarrhoea. Hope you feel better soon.

Thank you for your answer. I’m glad it’s normal - I was getting quite worried!
