We ended up at a and e last night with my 10 month old, she had a severe ear infection, and high temperature last night I.e. above 39, she got given antibiotics, her temperature has come down all day to 36.4.
About a hour ago it's spiked back up at 38.8, I have given paracetamol, doctors said if we couldn't get it down again, to come back, but I'm struggling whether to go back or weight and see whether the antibiotics need more time to kick in. She has had 4 lots of antibiotics
Any advice?
