Skin abscess after stomach bug

On Tuesday I had an awful dv bug which stopped yesterday but today I still feel awful with a temperature and have developed a large abscess under my arm which is very painful and I just feel so shaky after feeling better. Do I need a Dr to get rid or is there something else I can try? :(

Sorry you don't feel well. It sounds like you should get it looked at in case it's infected.

I will. Always happens on a weekend tempted to stab it with a needle it's so painful
