A relaxing soak in the bath with a bath bomb has, literally, come back to bite me in the arse. I know shea butter doesn’t agree with my ‘delicates’ but I didn’t know the sodding bathbomb had it in until I noticed the film on my skin and I immediately rinsed it off hoping to avoid just this situation.

I’m currently sat in a car park feeling very sore and sorry for myself. I have a Morrison’s and a Superdrug here. And a Wilkinson’s. Can anyone suggest something I could buy from any of these places that can sooth my sorry arse.

Sudocrem. Works for babies bums, should work for you too...

(I'm assuming you've washed all the Shea gunk off by now!)

I'd take an antihistamine tablet. Most creams shouldn't be applied to very delicate areas. Maybe some ice cold plain yogurt might help.

Lol yes. I washed it off as soon as I realised what it was. Obviously it wasn’t soon enough.

I’ll try both.

Thank you Flowers

Hydrocortisone cream would be my first port of call or an anti fungal .
