Cough for 6 weeks

I’m asthmatic.

I’ve had a cough for around 6 weeks with thick green mucus. Today I started feeling properly sick with hot sweats and I coughed so much I vomited. Also really headachy.

Do I need to see a GP? I always feel like I get fobbed off.

Yes doctor today emergency appointment before it gets worse.

Green mucas is normally as sign of an infection. My best guess is a chest infection

Well I am actually sick! Steroids, antibiotics, a new inhaler and a chest x-ray! Definitely worth going to the GP. I had a fever and a rapid pulse.
