What are your thoughts? Do you mind getting your periods on holiday or do you take anything to stop them?
I know this sounds silly but I go away in August and I'm really looking forward to it. Its a family holiday. However if my period follows the cycle they have been on for some time, then it will come on the day we go
My periods use to be really light and last only 2 to 3 days. Now they are heavier and they can last 7 to 10 days, in which case it will be more than half my holiday I always tend to be very uncomfortable with them now too.
I'm wondering do I just accept it and get on with things or do I do anything to change when it's due. Ideally I would like to somehow bring it forward to get it out the way before I go, but I will be grateful for any opinions.
I know I may sound pathetic moaning about this but I've been looking forward to going away for so long and my period really isn't something I wanted to take with me.
