Hi I’m new to this so please bear with me. I was Sterilised in 2011 and and my periods have been a couple of days late but this one is 4 weeks late... I know I’m not pregnant as I’ve not had sex but I’m just wanting to find out what is causing it to be this late.. I’ve got all the signs of coming on but noting there.. please can anyone help.. thanks
