Quick poll - DS teething and is due for a vaccination this afternoon - should I still take him?

Ds has been suffering for the last few days with his teeth. He is at nursery today and they have just telephoned to see if they can give him Calpol so he must still be in pain (I feel so guilty for taking him to nursery today )

Anyway, he is due his booster Men C jab (and another one which I can't remember) later on this afternoon - what should I do?

My view is that maybe we should just get all the suffering over in one go - or is it mean to inflict more suffering on top of what he is already going through?

if he is teething, rather than poorly, i would take him..if you wait until he is not teething, or not got a cold , you might have a long wait.....the calpol will also help take the edge off any pain from the injection.... i;d take him, personally.

Teething is okay I think

I'd take him.

Yes, I would take him too. I agree that if he's already grizzly then you may as well have the injection now, too.
