Serotonin syndrome

Hi just wandering if anyone had ever suffered with serotonin syndrome? And how they got it? And how they knew?

Fairly sure I did twice - unbelievable nausea (projectile vomiting), 10/10 headache and shaky as hell. Some of my painkillers don't mix well with the others I take (long story). I try really hard to avoid it now lol. I just Googled it and kept quiet otherwise I might lose some of my prescription drugs which I need

Massive amounts of MDMA while on lithium (which might or might not be serotonergic, not sure?) I was okay after a few days 🙈
