Mouth ulcers

Anyone else get killer mouth ulcers? Right now I have two that are so painful but also giving me a terrible headache and feeling sick. I feel like I'm being melodramatic but they literally make me feel so unwell aside from the pain itself.

Anyone else?

Mouth ulcers are a side effect of my Chemo. I use Biotene dry mouth relief mouthwash three times a day which seems to keep them somewhat at bay and bonjela on the sores when I get them. The bonjela is working for me. Another tip I got was to use baby toothpaste with a soft toothbrush.

I swapped toothpaste away from SLS, so at the moment I use Sensodyne. Total game changer for me. I used to get several a month, now nothing!

The sls in toothpaste made them a regular occurrence like pp. I use tooth powder now and only get them when stressed.
