What are these marks when I itch? (Pic bit gross)

I just had a shower and was v itchy in the warm water, when I got out is left lots of little marks on my abdomen where I'd been scratching- I haven't been scratching roughly. It's not the first time I've had this- anyone know why or what it is? They are not raised marks. Maybe my shower heat makes it worse?

They're broken blood vessels. I get them if I scratch too hard. Why were you itchy? Could it be your soap?

I've had this after itching then it turned into purple/yellow bruising too
