I became aware last night that I have what I think is a spot on my boob (but could also be a lump need to check properly). It is v v tender. I can’t cross my arms or touch the area as it is too painful. I am very aware of it, it is hot and uncomfortable and very red. I will make an urgent gp appointment for tomorrow. In the meantime I’m taking ibuprofen. Any ideas what else I can do? Worth putting a cream on it? I’m thinking there’s a bit of infection there for it to be red and hot. Would you agree with that?
