Missed period

I’m ten days late for period - otherwise regular as clockwork. I do have cysts on my ovaries but not technically PCOS (regular ovulation.) Not PG. 36, 2 DC. I have been reducing my calorie intake this month to around 1300 a day but, given that I’m still overweight, I wouldn’t imagine that’s enough to stop a period is it?

Some nasty ovarian cramping and awful bloating for the last two days and crazy fatigue but I might just have a cold. And I usually suffer a fair amount during ovulation. I’m worrying a bit so wanted to see if missing a period is really common for most people? Thank you.

I wouldn't say it is common, no, but I had a missed period recently, well two, and when I went for a check up and scan I did have a cyst. It may well be something related to your cysts too. I had all of the same symptoms.
