Ovulation migraines

Finally after 20 years of migraines I've worked out a key trigger is ovulating. Now I can actively avoid my other main trigger (sunlight/artificial light) with sunglasses but I would like some advice about managing ovulating. I tried several mini pills and they worked for a couple of months each then back to migraines. I'm now looking for a new tool to manage them with and I'm sure I'm not the only person who has this issue. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I have hormonal headaches and they are awful. I get one at ovulation and can last days. Can I ask what yours are like please? Length, what the feel like etc. I haven't found anything to help yet so following this post.
