Hi Everyone
I would like to change my lifestyle especially what I eat. I fairly sctive; running, playing sports, etc. However, my eating style is not great. I eat all sorts of things and although I am not overweight I feel unhealthy.
Do you have any ideas on how I can change what I eat and be more conscious and discipline in what I put in my mouth. If there are any books you could recommend also that'd be great.
