Frozen shoulder

I've had shoulder problems since Xmas and now my shoulder is frozen despite trying to keep it moving, it's seized.
I'm now on tailored physio exercises (which have helped a bit) until I can get a steroid injection. Does anyone have any method they used that could help to free it, pleeeease!

My oesteopath recommended a plug in heated shoulder wrap. I bought it from Amazon for about £35 it has been a life saver. During the day when moving around I use Voltorol

I had acupuncture very successfully for my frozen shoulder and tennis elbow although painful but it meant I didn't need the steroid injection.

I also did daily yoga and exercises - approximately 2 hrs per day - I appreciate a steroid injection might be preferable to that!

It took 9 months to get it back to almost back to normal.

There was a thread about this some time ago so worth a browse op.

My physio also suggested acupuncture. In our area it is available on the NHS

I feel for you. The only thing which worked for me was Physiotherapy- it was agonising at the time but released it gradually
