I have a tremor in my eyelid

Ive had it for about 3 days now and its really bugging me. Also have a headache on that side too for a couple of days. Apart from paracetamol what can I take>

'tis usually caused by tiredness and/or stress - not much you can take really...double g&t? Tropical holiday without children?

I get this when I'm really run down and tired and my muscles twitch bizarrely. Don't know what you can take for the tremor if anything. Lots of rest (if possible) I suppose

i had this a while ago for a good few days, i dont have any advice for u but thought u might feel better knowing ur not on your own with it lol

doesnt help i woke at 5.15 ths mornikng and couldnt get back to sleep

I've got this almost permanently in one of my eyes, had it a couple of years or more now.
