Any pharmacists or GPs about? Question about pill as HRT

I had an early menopause in my 30s and I've been happily taking loestrin 20 for 9 years.

I ran out yesterday and took my prescription to the pharmacy today to be told there's a national shortage Shock

The gp has prescribed noriday instead and left a note with reception to say "start taking it right away to avoid accidents :)".

No chance of that as I've been single for 5 years and post menopausal for a decade.

She clearly hasn't looked at my notes so I'm concerned now that she's prescribed a progesterone only mini pill. I asked for the closest match because I know it suits me and in my rare weeks off i get hormone headaches, hot flushes and insomnia.

Also I have microgynon in the house. Is that closer or would I be better going back to request a combined Pill?
