Brugada Syndrome

My 22 year old son is currently being assessed for Brugada Syndrome following a seizure yesterday. Does anyone have any experience of living with it? How debilitating is it? How hard to avoid triggers etc? Thanks

No experience but I didn't want to ignore your post having sons with other medical conditions. At least he's being investigated which is the most important thing and you'll go from there. Flowers

Thanks. He's actually been diagnosed now and had an ICD fitted.

Hi, goodness me! That was quick to be fitted with an ICD!

Has anyone else been tested for it?

Thanks @boble1 - he was transferred to a specialist heart centre and admitted - considered high risk. No one else has been tested yet but I will be in the next few weeks.
