Daughter's periods

My DD started her periods last September and had another in November. She has not had any more, is due to start her G.C.S.E's in 3 weeks and has permanent PMT.

Is this normal? What can I do to help her?

My DD started hers a year or so ago and they are still not regular. She can go a few months in between them, I think it's pretty normal at the start.
The PMT might be stress related due to the GCSEs.
I'd make sure she's eating healthily (lack of iron can stop your periods) keeping hydrated and getting a bit of exercise.
