I keep getting pain when ovulating. I never used to just over maybe the last 4 or 5 months it's getting worse. It hurts constantly for a few days. Not so much I double over but uncomfortable when i stand up or walk. I also have very heavy discharge which is soaking my underwear. Is this normal?

Watching with interest OP as I'm having a similar problem, or I suspect that's what it is! I don't get tonnes of discharge but it's slightly blood tinged and I get a dull ache for a day or two

Perfectly normal for some women. I’ve had it for years and I spent a long time worrying about it but I now understand there isn’t anything to worry about.

The best thing is to book in with your GP. I read about something like this before and I think someone said about it being a sign of endometriosis. I'm not sure though, hope it gets sorted for you! Thanks

As I said I had it for years and I do not have endometriosis.

I’ve had this for years, it’s a tender, dull ache for days around ovulation. It feels to me like the ovary swelling ready to pop! I can normally tell which side is releasing the egg. I’ve had 2 kids in this time and no known problems.
