New mole

A new mole has appeared on my forehead in the last day or two.

It's about 1mm dark brown and definitely new. It's very slightly raised.

In the past year I have started to be more concerned about skincare and wear spf 50 everyday, before that only in the summer and more spf15/20

How concerned should I be about this? Run to the GP or mention it at a future appointment in a few months time?

Could it be a seborrehic keratosis? They are totally harmless and can crop up with age. Always good to get it looked at but if it has only just appeared either way it will be fine.

I am having a hard time health wise at the minute and I think I was thinking oh no this is another piece of me that is falling apart.
I will show it to my gp next time I see them but will let my mind rest easy for now.
