Missed Period BFN why?

Has anyone who has been through this got any advice? Did you ever find out why you missed your period but were not pregnant?

Taken 2 Sainsbury's own brand tests and both BFN - currently 2 days late

Got a doctor's appointment on Monday and worrying myself stupid over what this could be 😕 please help!

Hi OP how did you get on? I wrote a reply before noticing the date you'd posted, but thought I'd post it anyway in case it helps someone in the future.

Do you track your basal body temperature? Cycles can vary wildly even in people who have regular cycles. Things like stress or illness can delay ovulation, which in turn delays your period from starting. By tracking BBT you can identify when you ovulated know when your period is actually due.

Hi, I had an internal scan (nice 😐) which showed no problems. Gp thinks mid cycle bleeding is linked to ovulating and that "relaxing" Will help me conceive 🤔
